O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire

The beautiful Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London saw an amazing emotional full of love and musical talent show on June 22. It was an absolute joy to photograph The Avett Brothers and capture a part of the magic that started the second the guys stepped on the stage. Lovely songs, an amazing mixture of American country folk bluegrass and rock, cool tight sound of guitars drums and banjos, harmonica, cello and a double bass, that makes you instantly fall in love in their music. The dreamy strobe lights falling from the back enhanced the visual delight, a little hard to work with but helped transcend the atmosphere/or at least a part of it I hope/onto the photos.
